Here’s how it works:

                Sales Contest / Promotion

Every sale of a ticket is calculated at the value of the tickets sold

$1 = 1 Point

Ei. sell one couples ticket for $175 = 175 points

Exchange points for credit towards purchase of items for the DSCNM list of items

At rate of 10 points = $1

$175 /10 = 17.5 Points x $1 = $17.5 credit

A combination of points & cash can be used to make purchase

Items available as of time of Gala ( all items subject to change depending on availability from manufacturer)

** Any member that sells either a Sponsor or Donor table

> Gets tickets to the Sponsor/ Donor Table Oryx Drawing

> In addition to getting points

> Sell a $2,500 Sponsor Table

                > Get 10 tickets towards Sponsor/ Donor Table Oryx Drawing

> Get Points $2,500 /10 = 250 tickets * $1 = $250 credit to towards purchase of items on DSCNM list

> Sell a $5,000 Sponsor Table

                                > Get 10 tickets towards Sponsor/ Donor Table Oryx Drawing

> Get Points $5,000 /10 = 500 tickets * $1 = $500 credit to towards purchase of items on DSCNM list

When you purchase your tickets online, make sure to write your name when prompted to do so under the *Sponsor Name or N/A if you do not have a sponsor tab. When you have encouraged someone to attend make sure they put your FULL name under the same tab; *Sponsor Name or N/A if you do not have a sponsor, this will assure that you get credit for the sale. Keep a list of who you sold tickets to and we will compare it to the tickets sold online. Any discrepancies will be corrected after the Gala by contacting the individuals purchasing the tickets and getting their sponsor names. All sponsors will be contacted 30 days after the Gala via email with a list of their sponsored ticket sales. Once the totals are confirmed and agreed upon, DSCNM will issue a voucher via email, Individuals will have 30 days to make their decision on what prize they desire, DSCNM will then apply credits towards the purchase and collect any outstanding balance if needed to make a purchase from these individuals. DSCNM will then order item or items selected and have them shipped directly to individuals desired address.
